Shondhan is an AR-based property discovery app that combines augmented reality and AI to improve the real estate search experience. It includes real-time AR visualisation, an AI-powered search with predictive analytics, map navigation, 3D interior views, and dashboards for buyers and owners.
Finding a rental or property usually means scrolling through listings with poor photos, then visiting in person to understand where a building actually is. We wanted to let people point their phone at a street and see what's available.
