Critical-path testing
Tested authentication, role-based access control, transactional flows, and reporting modules — the areas where a bug costs money or trust.
Bug lifecycle
Identified, reproduced, and documented defects with clear steps and evidence, tracked them through to fix, and verified each resolution before release.
Release readiness
Worked alongside developers on regression and release checks so each deploy went out with known, accepted risk rather than surprises.
