Multi-platform product design
Designed cashier- and customer-facing interfaces for four form factors — mobile app, self-service kiosk, admin panel, and website — keeping one coherent brand and interaction model across all of them.
Design system
Built reusable components, tokens, and patterns in Figma so screens stayed consistent across platforms and developers had a single reference to implement against.
Flows & prototyping
Mapped end-to-end user flows for ordering, payment, and loyalty, then turned them into interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and testing.
Usability & handoff
Ran usability tests on prototypes, iterated on findings, and worked directly with developers to make sure the shipped UI matched the design intent.
